Dear Konami,
Hey it’s Mike again.
Now, I know you guys have been doing your very best to make it the most difficult process you can muster for us to make a konami ID, in hopes of playing our MGS online beta’s, But I just feel you could make it a little bit harder, You know? Here, let me give you a few examples.
Why only make me restart the entire registration process from scratch when I accidentally put a capital letter in my user name? I’m sure you guys could figure out a way to make me have to restart my computer completely!
What about that whole, “Make 3 different user names, with three different passwords, just so I can make my 4th, and only important user name” thing? Come on Konami…Thats just too easy. Why not have a random number generator just choose some number at random and make me create that many user names. That would be waaaayyyyy harder you guys.
Anyways, feel free to use my ideas if you want. I just can’t help but feel like you’re only scratching the surface of overcomplicated beta registration.
